  In February, I had a small oil leak in my 2006 Subaru Forester. Oil was leaking on to exhaust & smoking. Bob, with Justin worked tirelessly and tenaciously to find the leak, and after much trial and error finally fixed it. Apparently, some Subaru models have this issue...a true nightmare to locate a tiny leak that caused so much trouble. Bob was awesome thru the entire process-others, I dare say, may have given up.   No comminution. Haven't even had work done yet and they failed on keeping me updated like they said they would. Strange to get such poor "pre-service" from a business with such a great rating.
  Update- Called today to inform part unavailable. 15 min later located the part in multiple locations plus places that can rebuild it. Not sure why I have to do their leg work! Very disappointed but still trying to work with company.
