  Ray did a fabulous job on providing us with the tropical backyard surrounding our newly installed pool. Exactly what we were looking for.
  However, due to his unresponsiveness we were forced to retain the services of another landscaping firm for monthly maintenance.
  We also discovered that Ray installed an irrigation controller on the exterior of our shed that is meant for indoor installation. This to me is a safety hazard as the controller is NOT rated to be exposed to the elements.
  Also by law there must be a rain sensor installed to the controller to prevent water waste on days where it is raining.
  I have spoken to him about this and emailed him several times with NO response.
  Think seriously about hiring Ray unless you are happy with someone that provides little or NO communication.

  Not satisfied. Ray and his crew cut a Frontier utility line during installation of a sprinkler line. There was a $518 repair bill that he never paid. Three months later, I'm now stuck paying the repair after getting letters from the collection agency. Buyer beware.
