  I went to this metro trying to switch from cricket and they would not let me have the promotion they had going. They lied to me and told me that my cricket number could not be used and that I had to spend 200 dollars to get a phone. I went in another day and spoke to a different person and when I walked in the lady that I spoke to previously came and interrupted our conversation saying I could not get the promo they had and she whispered in the lady's ear so I could not hear what she was saying. It was a BBW Spanish lady and I believe she don't like white folks. I went to another metro and got the promotion they had running at the time and they said my number was good to port over and they gave me a good phone. The metro pcs to go to is the one across from checkers in the little strip mall.
