  Our A/C stopped working last Tuesday when temperatures were in the 90's. I called Anthony's around 4/4:30 and they said they could have a technician out by 5:30. The technician, Greg, was at our house before then. Greg worked on the unit which was more than 9 years old, but unfortunately, nothing helped and we were going to have to invest in a new unit. Greg was able to reach Madison in sales, even though it was after normal business hours, and Madison was able to put together a new HVAC sale with low financing for us. They scheduled delivery and installation for the next day. Their installation team, Edwin & Robert, arrived shortly after 8 am and were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They were considerate of our lawn in not damaging it due to the heat and the size of the HVAC and when the work was completed, everything was cleaned up. They stayed to make sure the new system was working correctly and our home was cooling down. Tom called the next day to make sure we were satisfied and sent Garrett out just to double check on everything and to explain or answer any questions we may have on the new unit. My husband and I are EXTREMELY satisfied! Thank you Madison and your whole team. We feel we found a new family with Anthony's.
