  Very nice community. Beautiful location. The little manatee river flows right next to the park. There is always events and activities for the residents to enjoy. Definitely worth checking out if you are thinking about coming down for the winter to escape the cold. The management and staff are simply wonderful, helpful, and very accommodating.

  Parents stayed here for 2 months. Clean, quiet, friendly, easy freeway access! Very cute place.

  Well kept clean pool shuffleboard tennis big cubhouse showers restrooms workshop free lawn service lots of community activities nice people good location
